Role Overview: Bring your leadership to one of the nation’s most

dynamic General Manager 5 to oversee food service operations at
Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, CA . This is your opportunity to

Candidates must follow one of California’s approved pathways to
serve as a Director of Healthcare Foodservice—such as being a
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), a Registered Dietitian (RD), or
meeting other state-recognized qualifications. What You'll Do: Lead
large-scale operations: Oversee patient dining, retail food
services, and catering with a focus on quality and compliance.
Drive financial performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and
implement strategies to achieve operational and financial goals.
Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain strict adherence to
healthcare standards, food safety, and Sodexo policies. Enhance
patient experience: Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver
exceptional service that supports patient care and satisfaction.

is provided to new employees upon hire. What You Bring: Healthcare
leadership experience: 5 years managing food service in a hospital
or healthcare environment. Financial and operational expertise:
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Client and patient focus: Ability to build strong relationships and
deliver outstanding service in a clinical setting. Knowledge of
compliance standards: Familiarity with HACCP, Joint Commission, and
other healthcare regulations. Candidates must follow one of
