is seeking a compassionate and board-certified Pulmonologist to
join our ambulatory clinic. This role offers the opportunity to
practice meaningful, relationship-based medicine in a community
setting while managing chronic and complex respiratory conditions
in an outpatient environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented,
patient-focused, and committed to improving respiratory health in
our local population. Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose,
and treat patients with a wide range of pulmonary conditions in an
outpatient clinic setting (e.g., COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis,
bronchiectasis, sarcoidosis). Order, interpret, and follow up on
diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function testing (PFTs), chest
X-rays, and CT scans. Collaborate with primary care providers,
hospitalists, and specialists within the hospital network to ensure
coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in community outreach,
patient education, and initiatives to improve respiratory health
and reduce hospital readmissions. Support the integration of care
with respiratory therapy, sleep medicine, and smoking cessation
programs. Maintain detailed, timely documentation within the
electronic medical record (EPIC). May provide telehealth services
for follow-up and chronic disease management. Optional inpatient
consultative support (schedule to be determined). Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Disease. Fellowship
training in Pulmonary Medicine required. Eligible for medical
licensure in California. Strong clinical and communication skills.
Schedule & Call: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Inpatient
rounding 4 days a month. Shared clinic-based call for urgent
follow-ups (minimal volume). What We Offer: Collegial work
