Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for
our Partial Hospitalization Program in an 82-bed facility with
long-term care and Geriatric Behavioral Medicine services.
Responsible for psychiatric social work functions including client
assessment, referrals, counseling, group work, and community
linkage within an interdisciplinary setting.
Must have a M.S.W., be eligible for licensure, with 2+ years of
mental health experience preferred.
Essential skills include effective communication, case management,
and physical ability to lift, walk, carry, and stand.
Required certifications: CPR and CPI.
