Seeking a Registered Nurse-Transplant for a travel assignment in San Francisco, California, to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced transplant unit.

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse-Transplant to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Registered Nurse-Transplant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to transplant patients, including pre- and post-operative care, medication management, and wound care.
  
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the physician.
