Founded in 1967, ImageFIRST is the largest healthcare linen rental and laundry services provider to medical facilities throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico, with a specialty in serving the healthcare market.Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/We are looking to add a Directors of Hospital Sales to the ImageFIRST organization.The Director of Hospital Sales will originate new business by calling on hospital C-suite Executives, GPOs, and Department Heads and building relationships and closing business. The successful candidate will have strong solution sales and negotiating skills, high energy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Sales professionals with recent cold-calling experience and willingness to call and visit customers on a daily basis are likely to be successful.RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with hospitals and health systems to increase compassion for patients through innovative and cost-effective products and services to improve patient experience, perception, and employee engagement, as an individual contributor in Sales.Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine regional sales system improvements and implement changesGrow a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets as directedDevelop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accountsEstablish common ground and focus on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interestsBuild and maintain relationships with VP level and aboveMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 3 years of hospital sales experience including strategic, consultive and complex sellingMinimum of 10 years professional experience in health careBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Proven ability to develop and manage long-term relationshipsProven networking skillsTrack record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groupsGreat organizational and time management skillsCreative thinker with an entrepreneurial spiritSuccessful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed sales goalsAbility to make compelling presentations to hospital decision-makers using visual aids and other mediaMinimum travel requirement 30-50% (by car or air depending on territory)Company Values & Benefits:We offer a competitive total compensation package which includes a total potential compensation of over $160K (base salary along with an uncapped monthly sales commission). A first year minimum sales commission is guaranteed and paid for by the company, with the expectation for the total package to be over $160,000 in year one, and then an opportunity to increase for year two and beyond.
