We are currently seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator who is compassionate, organized, and a team player to work alongside our Director of Nursing, clinical team, and front office team.   What You'll Do:
  
  • Clinical Coordinator will support field clinicians in providing excellent patient care
  • Clinical Coordinator will assist the clinical team in requesting, clarifying, faxing, and tracking of orders.
  • Input orders, float visits, and obtain supporting documentation as necessary.
  • Upload orders into the electronic medical records as appropriate
  • Assist in the development and coordination of orientation of new organization personnel.
  • Orders and monitors medical supplies to ensure adequate stock available.
  • Maintains organization of the medical supply room per company standards and OSHA requirements.
  • Complete audits as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    
    Why You'll Be Successful:
    
    • You have a current California RN or LVN License
    • You have experience working in Home Health
    • You demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • You have familiarity with company-provided Apple products
    • You demonstrate time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction
