$105,000 - 115,000 depending on experienceOne of my clients, a highly awarded, mid-sized CRO is looking to bring on CRA IIs and Senior CRAs to join their team. As the client continues to take on new work, they are looking for talent to contribute to these exciting new projects.The company specializes in oncology studies and uses a full-service model. They are looking for CRAs ideally on the West Coast and Midwest/Central. The role is full time and general responsibilities will include conducting independent site visits, monitoring clinical activities, updating clinical documentation, and ensuring that sites are compliant with relevant guidelines. Qualifications:

• 1+ years of independent monitoring experience
• Oncology experience preferred
• Onsite monitoring experience
• Ability to travel onsite 7-10 days per month What the role has to offer:
