We are lucky to be surrounded by delicious local restaurants and small businesses, and easily accessible by public transportation (16th and Mission BART, MUNI). Our hospital treats cats, dogs, and a variety of exotics (pocket pets, reptiles, avian, etc). We are looking for a motivated Credential Veterinary Technician or Registered Veterinary Technician who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, enjoys learning/teaching, problem solving, clear communication, and has the skill set to provide high quality medicine for our patients. The technician/RVT must have prior experience in taking radiographs, dentistry, oral radiographs, surgery prep, induction/intubation and monitoring patients while under anesthesia for cats and dogs. Please do not feel discouraged if you don't have any prior experience with exotics.
