The Pharmacy Director will also be responsible for the unit's budget, policy and program development as well as implementation of those programs. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will not only act as a leader and role model for their team but be a main point of contact for medical staff throughout the hospital. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will be asked to participate on medical staff committees as well to help improve all areas of the hospital.
