100% OP Practice Setting
We focus on the primary healthcare needs of patients of all ages
from infants to seniorsWe offer preventive health visitsCare of
acute illnesses and injuries as well as management of chronic
diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and
asthma and we can perform minor surgical proceduresWe also provide
gynecology, mental health, diabetes care, and more, plus specialist
referrals when neededSeeking full-time Family Medicine physician
100% outpatient, full-spectrum Family Medicine8 other providers in
group (7 FM physicians, 1 PA) Clinic open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am
5:00 pm Practice utilizes EPIC EMR Providers employed by a
250-provider medical group Collegial environment Competitive
