STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER
Background: This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling
startup in the healthcare communications space. HealthCrowd has
developed a product suite that empowers organizations to streamline
and optimize multimodal outreach and member-centric engagement at
scale, while lowering risk. The net result is significantly
improved quality, clinical and financial outcomes for
regional/national/local payers and providers.
Role: The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving
revenue growth and customer satisfaction in HealthCrowd's most
successful customer segment. They will act as a trusted advisor to
Chief Medical Officers and their teams, and other C-level
executives, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HealthCrowd's
solutions, as well as emerging industry challenges and

Location: This role is based out of HealthCrowd's offices in San
Compensation: Very competitive; no cap on commissions.
Additionally, stock options will be awarded on joining and may be
supplemented periodically based on meeting set goals.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Exceed annual quotas and maximize upsell opportunities by
developing account plans and sharing critical intelligence with
other HealthCrowd teams.
- Strategically and creatively prospect within well-defined
territory to bring new accounts onboard.
- Become intimately familiar with clients' operational challenges
by attending regular meetings and identifying opportunities to
upsell into new departments and business units. The ideal candidate
will be detail oriented and enjoy the role of orchestrator, always
looking for leverage and economies of scale.
- Ensure that accounts achieve measurable and sustainable ROI,
while regularly reporting on the health of each account.
- Conduct formal, Annual Business Reviews for each account and
collaborate with other HealthCrowd teams to share important
customer insight and intelligence, particularly Customer Success
and Engineering teams to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Navigate organizational structures and key decision-making
processes, as well as Compliance, Regulatory, Procurement and IT
Security processes. Negotiate directly with procurement departments
- BA/BS degree
- Intellectually curious and strategic
- 2 - 4+ years of account management experience, selling SaaS
solutions and growing mid-market/enterprise accounts, or similar
experience in adjacent roles
- Great enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this
through phone and email communications
