Your Career This position is the strategic leader for all onboarding and field sales enablement of our Prisma Access organization. This position is responsible for leading the delivery and development of a sales onboarding program along with ongoing enablement to ensure that Prisma Access Technical Sales Managers stay current with all product enhancements. The required training program would consist of: solution introduction, competitive overview, and positioning, pricing and programs, ability to completely demo all solutions and successfully navigate several mock and simulation scenarios. You'll design the program and content, with the ability to train and execute the program for technical employee success. This position will interlock with enablement leaders for our core and public cloud solutions The Director of Prisma Access Enablement will be the key owner of the entire onboarding program and will be responsible for delivering and teaching the program to 10-12 students a quarter. In some situations, it is possible that these classes may be taught in theater (Japan, EMEA, APAC). This role is also responsible for the ongoing enablement to ensure sellers remain up to date on all elements of our market, product and competitive positioning The Director of Prisma Access is a highly flexible and unique role that will be focused on growing Palo Alto Network's Prisma Access business and ensuring much higher productivity and a reduction in ramp time. We expect this program will result in fully ramped, fully productive sales teams at the completion of the program. The position is regarded as being highly strategic to the Prisma organization as it provides the accelerated competency required for a high growth business Your Impact Create and develop the sales enablement program Be completely proficient in teaching all content in the program including the in-depth demo portion of the training for all Public Cloud solutions Fully understand and be able to teach/demonstrate all market, product positioning, pricing and competitive analysis in a classroom setting Work cross-functionally to develop sales simulations and mock scenarios Build all measurement and testing to support the program Evaluate and deploy, in alignment with IT, all online training delivery tools and applications Work directly with Product Management and Marketing on the enablement program Develop a deep understanding of all Prisma solutions and products included in the program Build a strategic plan for resource allocation in alignment with goals Work directly with Product Management on all field requirements for selected focus Understand all industry best practices and unique programs and evaluate the applicability to incorporate into the Prisma Enablement program Your Experience BA, BS (or equivalent work experience), Computer Science, Engineering degree preferred Deep technical competence, with Field Sales Engineering experience, preferred Experience in Public Cloud - ability to understand and articulate 5+ Years' experience in Sales Training/Enablement Experience in large Enterprise sales execution - quota carrying sales experience is a plus Experience in training program creation, and teaching and delivering training materials Industry knowledge of security product market trends and directional awareness of our roadmap and technology development efforts Knowledge of competitor cloud security products Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual and matrix environment Limited travel, but possibility to travel internationally Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Preferred to be located in Santa Clara CA .
