Program Manager, Worldwide Lead Management/Demand Generation

We are now looking for an experienced lead management and demand gen expert to scale our worldwide demand gen processes and support revenue generating programs. In this role, you will responsible for running the operations of our lead management processes, reporting out Key Performance Indicators, sharing best practices, and driving account-based marketing initiatives. Based at NVIDIA's Santa Clara headquarters, this role reports directly to the Senior Director of Global Field Enablement and Operations and plays a key role on the NVIDIA Worldwide Field Operations team.

The keys to success in this role will be using your solid understanding of lead management, lead scoring, demand generation processes and tools, and combining that with the ability to extract business insight and process improvement. Using strong communication skills, you will own documentation and training on the lead process for new field and marketing team members and address questions such as routing or system sync. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing office, marketing campaign leaders, and field and inside sales team to ensure our outreach efforts are successful with defined processes, crisp talking points and calls to action, and regular status updates.

With attention to detail will be critical in analyzing data from our lead funnel, actively resolving issues, updating quarterly metric reports, and maintaining global lead routing rules. The ideal candidate will have experience with operational systems including Marketo and SalesForce.com, enrichment and augmentation tools such as Leadspace and 6 Sense, and have a consistent record of successfully implementing lead management processes and programs.

What you'll be doing:


  • Maintain global ownership of NVIDIA lead management process with documentation of process, training stakeholders, executing process improvements and changes with system analysts.
  • Support field sales by managing routing rules, responding to questions about routing, addressing questions/issues, and ensuring regional SLAs for lead follow up and disposition status are met.
  • Manage dashboards related to leads and SFDC lead reports and alerts, actively analyze data for insights on what is working and what is not, and work with cross-functional team to make improvements.
  • Provide quarterly exec-level communications on critical metric status for leads and the NVIDIA Sales Center.
  • Work with campaign and event owners as well as the field to establish pre and post campaign plans for lead capture and follow up - document plan, provide status updates, make modifications as needed, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with team on lead nurturing processes, campaign story boards, messaging, offers, tactics, and schedules
  • Drive account-based marketing processes by collaborating with sales ops, digital marketing ops, and our data science team to implement account-based approach to calculating sales readiness.
  • Serve as operational point of contact for our NVIDIA Sales Centers, and prepare return on investment data for internal executive communications.
  • Support regional operations teams with account coverage and named account list status.

    What we need to see:

    • 3+ years of experience in lead process operations
    • Hands on experience working with SFDC and working knowledge of marketing automation tools like Marketo
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment
    • Highly detail oriented with an ability to review data, catch data integrity issues, make corrections and report out on key takeaways
    • Ability to define process improvements and outline a strategy as well as execute as a "hands on" member of the team
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
    • Self motivated, ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives
    • Strong listening skills and ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams
    • BA/BS required

      Ways to stand out from the crowd:

      • MBA or equivalent
      • Experience and understanding of both a marketing and sales perspective of demand generation


        • Experience utilizing tools like Leadspace, 6 Sense or others to build a predictive model of sales readiness
