Company is looking for a Head of Inclusion and Diversity to help us fulfill this mission. Who will thrive in this job: A strategist, who enjoys breaking gnarly problems into ambitious goals and clear milestones A curious innovator, who loves reasoning from first principles, and doesn’t believe in doing something just because “it’s always been done that way” A data-driven individual, who understands the balance between using data to inform decision making and recognizing that many aspects of this work cannot be measured A do-er whose default state is rolled up sleeves and in the weeds (but is still a strategist!) A partner and collaborator, who draws energy from working with others to get things done You will: Work with leadership and key stakeholders to design our internal I&D strategy and operational plan Meaningfully move the needle on our Inclusion survey question ‘I belong at Company’ across our offices around the globe Design ways to measure the impact of our programs and initiatives Build and lead inclusion programs across Company relating to our internal culture, such as strategically supporting our nine employee resources groups (“Company Communities”), their leaders, and sponsors Partner with the recruiting team to to develop strategies that expand the diversity of our pipeline Use qualitative (i.e - employee points of view) and quantitative data (i.e. engagement surveys) to uncover ways to strengthen inclusion across Company. Partner with Education and other teams on workshops and trainings designed to deepen our culture of inclusion We’re looking for someone who has: Experience coaching, advising and influencing leaders on diversity & inclusion initiatives Excellent training, presentation, project management, and written and verbal communication skills, particularly around matters of corporate culture, inclusion and diversity Strong analytical skills; ability understand and use data to influence program strategies and to develop compelling narratives about organizational effectiveness and impact Demonstrable ability to develop targeted recruiting efforts for underrepresented groups including strategic planning, partnership management and tactical implementation Experience working with or being a part of employee resources groups or similar collective
