15Five is seeking a marketing innovator to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will build market presence and sales pipeline using paid and organic growth channels. This person will oversee the strategy and execution of paid ad programs, including channel and campaign strategy, content syndication, daily campaign management, reporting and analysis, testing and optimization, and managing SEO contractors/firm. What youll do:

  • Take ownership of digital marketing, including SEM/SEO, retargeting, content syndication, display advertising and podcast advertising campaigns.

  • Develop innovative and creative growth strategies across multiple channels that produce a scalable ROAS.

  • Ongoing account optimization, including structure & targeting improvements, keywords, bid management processes, new creatives, and A/B testing various conversion funnels and offers.

  • Create the full-funnel strategy, execute, optimize and report on all digital marketing growth campaigns for a range of initiatives (i.e. brand awareness, lead generation, lead nurture, account expansion).

  • Work closely with the marketing team and design to optimize multi-channel campaigns and creatives for various ad programs (display, video, audio, etc).

  • Track and analyze key metrics related to marketing performance and partner with marketing operations to build dashboards and ROAS goals.

  • Relentlessly optimize our digital advertising spend through A/B testing.

  • Be the subject matter expert for all things advertising and paid growth and share emerging best practices in this field.

  • Manage 3rd party consultants/agency relationships.

    What you bring to this important role:
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital/growth marketing (SEM/paid social) and direct response marketing, preferably in SaaS or marketing agency.

  • Deep understanding of advertising KPIs and budget allocation.

  • Experience scaling ad programs with ROAS.

  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience driving organic business results.

  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Hands-on know-how for Google Analytics and Ads, Adwords, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, retargeting platforms, content syndication platforms, etc.

  • Experience with running A/B split tests, calculating significance, tracking results and summarizing learnings.

  • Experience developing dashboards, analyzing data, and communicating insights.

  • BA/BS in Marketing or quantitative discipline.
