Job Category Program/Project Management (Non Technical) Job Details Participate in the development and execution of Executive Events and Programs.Seasoned events professional, with experience in managing large events in a fast past, high tech environment. --Self-motivated individual who drives alignment of overall experience. Ensures all events are delivered with the best-in-class hospitality and flawless execution, while staying within budget. --Drive the event experience while continuous evaluation and enhance event programs. Provide management with reports and analysis on program effectiveness for program modification and budget allocation.Responsibilities: Coordinate event logistics planning for salesforce events managed and budgeted by the Executive Events Team (specifically sales incentives, kickoffs, and spiffs). * Responsible for event budget management, including budget tracking and financial operations (i.e., invoice processing, purchase orders, departmental chargeback's, etc.). * Working cross-functionally, assists with the processing of all contracts and agreements. Help manage and support a broad team of vendors, agencies, contractors and venues* Provide logistics assistance with executive meetings and serve as an internal meeting planning resource to the company. Create reports and analysis on program components. * Perform other duties as assigned.Travel as needed to support on-site execution and management of event. Required Skills: Previous experience working in hi-tech, fast paced environments. 8 + years successful experience in Corporate and/or Field Marketing Event Management roles planning and executing large programs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a SaaS or high-tech companyStrong communications, timeline management and post event reportingStrong people management skills - ability to manage and work with large audiencesExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate requirementsResults-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills that are effective at all levels of the organizationAbility to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environmentProficiency in PowerPoint, GMAIL and GCALExceptional time management, communication, organizational skills and professionalism required for executive-level meetingsA BA/BS degree requiredAbility to work outside of normal business hours Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills Posting Statement Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
