Right now, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager based at Western Unions office in San Francisco, CA.

In this role, you will deliver an excellent employee experience though implementing the strategy that the Sr. Manager and the Regional Hub have developed, and implementing efficient and simple integrated people administration processes, policies, and programs. This role will provide HR consulting support to align people strategies with business objectives in partnerships across the HR Team, HRKC and the CEOs, to deliver value-added HR services that drive business objectives, to implement integrated HR solutions. This role will support leadership to establish a culture that supports Western Union's business model in SF office.

Ensure WU People administration processes are consistent across the business that support, help ensure company remain protected and compliant and employees satisfied with the service provision.
Support and in some cases own the improvement of operational systems, processes and policies in line with the Organizational and HR strategy
Control the quality, grow and develop a high performing team in partnership with Respective HR Hub Leaders
Developing and monitoring data quality metrics, sharing dashboards and reports that enable the identification of potential process improvements. Communicate insights on a regular basis to the appropriate level of management
As a member of a team of Global People Services Organization participate in broader project teams and activities as required
Partner with HR team to implement key HR strategies
Partner with business to build leadership capability, organizational capability and a culture that enables achievement of business objectives.
Provide guidance on people issues, including employee relations, development and engagement
Be a business performance driver by championing performance management process to ensure effective implementation.
Partner with recruiting to implement strategies to attract diverse and highly qualified talent.
Implement change management projects and lead organization design efforts.
Effectively utilize key people metrics that align with business goals.

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in HRBP in a tech environment with a professional, digital mindset
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, good at soliciting detailed technical information though questions, able to get to the root of problems and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, a team player who can work collaboratively though others across all levels
Solid computer skills, familiar with all key technologies, tools and software.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
In depth experience of process improvement methodologies within an operations environment; Experience integrating activity
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams located around the globe in different time zones
Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success
Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully
Ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes
Ability to do business with an absolute commitment to the ethics, honesty, and credibility that is essential in this role
