• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the daily operations of the company, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer support.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to align operational activities with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and systems.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the operations team.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline operations.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a technology or AI company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
  • Experience with supply chain management, production planning, and logistics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.What We Offer:
