and rugged SUV marketplace. As a Staff Technical Product Manager,
you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital platform for
Vehicle Sales and Delivery, focusing on the order management system
and transaction logic, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused
experience. This is a highly strategic and technical role that
bridges engineering, product management, and business strategy to
drive impactful outcomes.Become part of an iconic brand that is set

marketplace by achieving the following:
- Define and Lead Strategy: Develop the product vision, strategy,
and roadmap for Scout's digital platforms supporting direct to
consumer sales, delivery, and vehicle logistics, ensuring alignment
with business goals and stakeholders. Able to navigate ambiguity in
early stages and formulate concrete plans.
- Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Act as a customer advocate,
crafting solutions that improve operational efficiency for service
teams and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams,
including IT, engineering, and operations, to design and deliver
innovative product features and systems.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to internal
and external partners, presenting solutions and their alignment
with broader business goals. Being a natural relationship builder
and clear communicator are critical.
- Operationalize Products: Oversee the roll-out of technical
solutions to retail and service centers, ensuring adoption,
training, and performance monitoring at scale.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Collaborate build relationships
with software engineering to ensure scalable, efficient, and secure
solutions for customer and workshop needs. Leverage expertise in
system architecture, APIs, and data integration to support
technical decisions.
- Measure Success: Define KPIs and success metrics to track
product and platform performance, using data to refine and improve
over time.
- This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in
Fremont, California.
- The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office
with in-person meetings and events regularly.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability
to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to
participate in events on behalf of the company from time to

- Experience:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong
emphasis on technical platforms.
- Demonstrated success in building and launching complex digital
systems for Sales, Orders, or related automotive spaces.
- Direct to consumer sales to delivery experience is a plus.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud
technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems such as CRM, ERP, or
service management platforms.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence
and align diverse stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities and experience with tools
for analytics and performance measurement.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.What

dependent.Initial base salary range = $170,000 - $190,000Internal
