The Principal Product Manager for SMB Payments will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of small businesses across America get work, and then get paid for it. The reality is, businesses hate how much time they have to spend in QuickBooks in order to get paid and repeatedly follow up with their customers. You will take something SMBs dread -> replace it with beautiful software that saves millions of SMBs time -> and then automate 95%+ so they can focus on growing their business.
To execute on this vision, you will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy built on customer obsession, conducting countless interviews. You will build empathy layered on thorough funnel and behavior analysis. Combining qualitative and quantitative data, you will execute your vision to foster prosperity and profitability globally.
Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the SMB AR experience.
  
• Product Strategy: Set a vision and craft a compelling strategy covering target customer personas, problem narrowing, competitive positioning, solution prioritization, roadmap planning, metrics setting, and impact communication.
  
• Nail the Execution: Build solutions that balance quality and velocity, test designs thoroughly, consider edge cases, validate customer experience, overcome obstacles, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to foster innovative thinking and accelerate progress.
  
• Market Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI, AR, automation, and payments.
  
  Compensation
  Intuit offers a competitive package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range in the Bay Area, California, is $226,000 - $307,000. The role is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits as per company plans. Pay is determined based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit is committed to pay equity, conducting regular reviews across ethnicity and gender categories.
  Minimum Requirements
  

• 
  
• 12+ years of product management experience with a successful track record in B2B/B2C SaaS products.
  
• Deep understanding of SMB operations.
  
• Experience in helping businesses get paid or make payments.
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into insights.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a customer-centric approach.
  
• Passion for solving customer problems and interest in AI software.
