Job Description:

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful rollout of our new student information system. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning and implementation to monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. The planning for this project has already begun, this individual will need to continue to drive the completion of this project. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for the new student information system.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
  • Communicate project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget, expenses, and resources efficiently.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and outcomes. Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in education or software/system implementations.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing large technology systems.
    • Ability to work West Coast hours preferred.

      Salary Description

      $85,000-$98,000 DOE Annual Salary
