You are:A highly skilled Sr. Tax Manager responsible for overseeing and executing key tax functions, including tax provisions, corporate tax compliance, and supporting month-end financial processes. You'll collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and play a critical role in ensuring tax compliance and accuracy.This position pays: $80 - 110/hrWhat you will be doing:Leading the preparation and review of income tax provisions, including calculating effective tax rates and preparing financial disclosures.Overseeing corporate tax compliance, including quarterly estimates, extensions, and tax payments.Supporting the month-end close process with reconciliations, journal entries, and tax variance analysis.Collaborating with internal teams to provide audit support and ensure adherence to tax regulations.Partnering with the Indirect Tax team on compliance matters and special tax-related projects.Managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Providing support for various ad-hoc tax projects and addressing urgent requests.What you bring:Bachelors degree in accounting or related field; a Masters in taxation is a plus.CPA certification is highly preferred.Strong experience in public company tax practices, with expertise in SEC reporting and US GAAP tax accounting.Experience in the retail or consumer products sectors is advantageous but not required.A minimum of 6 years of combined experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax roles.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.To learn more about the workplace culture and the position, please apply!#INDeast#LI-WA1If You're Looking For A New Opportunity, The Recruiting And Staffing Experts At Nelson Connects Can Help.
