About this role -
The Director, Compensation will be a key member in the Total
Rewards team. You will apply your knowledge and experience of
managing our global compensation function by planning, developing,
and implementing new and existing compensation programs. You will
help design and administer our global compensation programs to
ensure that our compensation programs remain competitive and
compliant with local laws. You will partner with our Sr. Director,
Total Rewards and other key stakeholders such as leaders, managers,
People Partners, Finance, etc to provide insights and
recommendations for our remuneration programs. You will also help
design and deliver Compensation related education programs to a
variety of learners.

compensation for this role is based on several factors, including
but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience,
and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor.
In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for
benefits, equity and a bonus. -Hiring Compensation
Range$200,000-$250,000 USD
