The Change Management Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the OE team in leading in partnership with the Sr. Manager of Change Management The Office of Operational Excellence for Sephora's Change Management practice. This role is instrumental in supporting Sephora's strategic plan and ambitious growth plans in North America by driving successful organizational transformations. The -Change Management Business Partner will be responsible for enabling employees to adapt to change effectively, ultimately impacting productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention - all critical to Sephora's growth plans. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Change Management the Change Management Business Partner will have significant influence and impact throughout the organization and will regularly present to OE leadership. This position will co-lead the Change Management services and contribute to the development of a long-term operational governance model for Change Management at Sephora. Additionally, the Manager will support key change initiatives, foster a culture of ongoing change awareness / readiness through education and training, and act as an advisor and coach on business-led projects. Responsibilities: Define Change Management Needs: Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Change Management to enhance and lead the Change Management program, identifying Sephora's change management needs based on industry best practices and the organization's unique strengths and opportunities. Manage a portfolio of cross-functional change initiatives, from assessment and planning to execution and reinforcement. Strategic and Tactical Execution: Employ a balanced approach of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in key projects. Participate in the development and delivery of change management training programs tailored to Sephora's specific requirements and demand. Strategic Planning and Alignment: Actively participate in the yearly strategic planning process and contribute to the prioritization of key Change Management initiatives. Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution and achievement of change objectives. Alignment and Accountability: Align change strategies and considerations with the Operational Excellence leadership, ensuring that operational efficiency transformation efforts are coordinated and accountable. Monitor progress against planned milestones, leveraging influence and organizational acumen to ensure all stakeholders are committed to their contributions. Enable Change: Successful change management will be a pivotal aspect of Sephora's operational efficiency transformation. Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Change Management to understand Sephora's current change tolerance and develop a tailored approach to enable successful change throughout the organization. Implementing change management practices will require dedicated efforts to align with our roadmap, as it will significantly impact the day-to-day practices of all Sephora FSC employees Communication and Coalition Building: Effective communication is critical to the success of Sephora's operational efficiency transformation. As a manager in this role, you will contribute to the development of a comprehensive communication strategy and ongoing materials to effectively convey the vision and opportunities associated with the new practice at Sephora. Your communication efforts will be tailored to engage and address employees at all levels, from Associates to Senior Leadership. Additionally, you will leverage your relationships and network across the organization to build stakeholder coalitions that drive the implementation of each element of the roadmap and change management strategy The Change Management Manager will be responsible for supporting the design, and facilitation of a comprehensive change management training programs for employees across the organization. This includes developing training materials, modules, and workshops that effectively convey change management concepts, methodologies, and best practices. The Manager will leverage their expertise to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and embrace organizational change successfully. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to assess training needs, tailor content to specific audiences, and ensure alignment with the overall change management strategy. The Manager will be a dynamic facilitator, adept at delivering impactful training sessions that inspire and empower employees to become change agents, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience throughout the organization. Qualifications: At least 5 years of comprehensive experience in Change Management, supported by recognized certifications such as Prosci Change Practitioner and experience in Kotter's methodology for leading change in organizations. Demonstrated success in influencing others and effectively facilitating critical change initiatives across various functions. Proven expertise in designing and leading impactful Change Management Workshops, fostering a culture of active participation and engagement. Strong background in operating within a data-driven and results-focused environment, with a keen ability to define, measure, and manage quantifiable metrics and goals. Track record of spearheading transformative change initiatives and expertly orchestrating complex organizations to embrace a clear vision and achieve widespread adoption of new solutions, encompassing both process and technology. Proficiency in facilitating large groups, enabling them to understand the impact assessment, training needs, stakeholder sentiments, adoption plans, and other change techniques necessary for successful implementation and business readiness. This skill is essential for fostering collaboration and buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization. Analytical, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Enthusiasm for driving operational excellence by sharing insights and influencing others. Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive work culture in a top global employer. Experience in Retail environment and Operations is a plus. The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 -- $125,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
