NetSuite Project Manager-REMOTE
Cumula 3 Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager, specifically with skills in ERP (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle Cloud, etc) to join our Delivery Team.
This Senior Project Manager will own and manage the delivery of ERP implementations assigned, under the guidance of Cumula 3's delivery methodology. They will be responsible for the delivery according to the agreed-upon scope, time and budget.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest degree of communication and customer satisfaction. They will also work collaboratively to facilitate and communicate with the internal project team, consisting of Consultants and Development resources as required, to ensure an on-time delivery of project objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Articulate the project objectives and leading practices for ERP implementation/optimization at Cumula 3
• Manage and maintain the project schedule, budget and tasks - assignments and dates - to ensure an on-time delivery of project objectives
• Be an expert in Cumula 3's project methodologies
• Work with other members of the delivery team to identify and communicate any project risks; escalating internally and externally based on Cumula 3's processes
• Ability to determine priorities and correlations to customer success when executing duties such as time approvals and task oversight.
• Work with other PMs and services management to balance priorities within the project portfolio that utilizes shared resources
• Has broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices, to help Cumula 3 build out a PMO
• Track project costs and billing milestones in order to meet budget
• The role is positioned for a player/coach with potential for future leadership in the PMO
  Requirements:
  
  • 3+ years of NetSuite experience
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Understanding of the PMI framework
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Must be organized, detailed and accountable
  • Travel estimated at 5% -10%
  • Ability to respond appropriately to changing priorities, demands and events
