Job Summary
Note: This is a 1 year contract.
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator and

analytic expertise for a study to compare the effectiveness of two
different models of enhanced prenatal care available to low-income
(Medicaid-eligible) women in Fresno County: "Glow! Group Prenatal
Care and Support" (Glow!/GC) and the California Department of
Public Health's Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program with
individual prenatal care (CPSP/IC). The study will be carried out
in partnership between the California Preterm Birth Initiative at
UCSF and the Central Valley Health Policy Institute at

State University, Fresno. Specifically, we will compare preterm
birth rates, changes in depressive and anxiety symptom severity,
and perception of respectful care and satisfaction with prenatal
care. Clinical practices primarily serving low-income,

one of two recruitment tracks which will alternate between
recruitment for Glow!/GC and recruitment for CPSP/IC. Led by

data collection instruments and protocols, designing and executing
study databases, preparing datasets for specific analytic
