seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Engagement
Program Manager to join the Research Network team in Autodesk
Research. As a Network Program Manager, you will be responsible for
managing and assessing a diverse group of innovators in the
Resident Network, promoting research through collaboration, and
identifying impactful outcomes of these teams for Autodesk
Research. The Resident Network is a select group of industry,
academic, and entrepreneurial teams forging paths to impact the
future of their industries. You will play a key role in building
and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating
knowledge sharing, and supporting the curation and growth of our
Resident Network.Autodesk is changing how the world is designed and

- Develop and implement strategies to engage our community of
innovators
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that
encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration for
a hybrid community
- Provide guidance and support for residents, addressing their
needs throughout the resident lifecycle
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs
and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement
- Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration with
similar external innovation programs to enhance the value and reach
of our network
- Stay up to date within community management and innovation
ecosystems
- Conduct surveys and interviews with residents to assess
relevancy and gather information for qualitative analysis
- Maintain and keep up to date systems and processes associated
with resident management.
- Identify residents that inform and support Research and connect
them to Autodesk Research teams through various models of
engagement, such as:
- Host workshops and/or roundtables
- Orchestrating Cohorts
- Identifying adjacency of resident to Research
- Leveraging resident work as a signal to Research
- Sharing results through presentations and reportsMinimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business,
Communications, or related discipline)
- Proven experience in community management, program management,
or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and drive
impactful outcomes
- Knowledge of innovation ecosystems and emerging technologies is
preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a
proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Aptitude for gathering insights through events, reports,
presentations, and/or visualizations for Research and other
relevant stakeholdersThe Ideal Candidate

cross-functional collaboration
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication
skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders,
including community members, partners, and internal teams. This
includes the ability to effectively communicate and engage with
individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Program Management: Proficiency in managing programs and
initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation. This
includes the ability to set goals, develop strategies, and
implement activities that drive impactful outcomes and support a
valuable research network

is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For
U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900
and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and
geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base
salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash
bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a
