Our client a $3B privately owned consumer products company with global operations that is looking for 2 Continuous Improvement Managers to support two packaging facilities with approx. 400 employees on-site at each location. Continuous Improvement Manager San Francisco Bay Area and also in the Baltimore, Maryland plant. First years
comp up to $155k (base AND bonus) with exceptional benefits Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, with dotted line reporting to the site manager, the successful candidate will have the ability to achieve tangible business results directly and by influencing others. Ideally this individual is motivated, energetic and passionate about their CI expertise. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Related Discipline
7+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment in progressively responsible roles.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt preferred)
Experience and successful track record in roles focused on use of Continuous Improvement tools and methodology such as Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, TPS, or Theory of Constraints.
Someone with a background in leading cross-functional teams through a change in process/culture with the ability to facilitate groups in the application of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
Very high visibility position requiring someone that is passionate, enthusiastic and tenacious.
