  • 5+ years of experience working as a PM/Estimator for a residential General Contractor
  • Able to manage the estimation process on all assigned projects per company standards
  • Experience with Excel, Master Builder or Timberline software
  • Experience with working directly with homeowners
  • Understanding of high-end, white-glove service
  • Able to manage change orders
  • Ability to manage the pricing on materials
  • Able to negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts
  • Experience with tracking and follow-up on RFI's and submittals
  • Great communication and time-management skills
  • Able to prepare detailed project construction schedules
