Opportunity & How You'll Help Us Achieve Our MissionThe College
Access Program Manager is an integral part of the 10,000 Degrees
mission to support college graduates who change the world. This
position will serve as a point person for all communication &
relationship maintenance with the Napa Valley School District
("NVUSD") school and district personnel, the Calistoga Joint
Unified School District ("CJUSD") school and district personnel,
local CBOs, donors, and the 10,000 Degrees executive team. This
position is responsible for maintaining quality service delivery of
all programming to students and taking the lead on establishing
measures for assessing program effectiveness. Additionally, the
College Access Program Manager directly supervises between 3-5
full-time 10,000 Degrees Access Fellows who conduct the direct
student-facing work. This is a full-time, exempt position.This
position will support our work in Napa County.Responsibilities
- Build & maintain & supervise relationships and collaboration
with school & district personnel, community partners, and program
participants, as well as families at each 10,000 Degrees partner
high school sites in Napa County.
- Support fellows in delivering curriculum and training to
students participating in 10,000 Degrees programs and their
families.
- Participate in regular professional development activities,
teamwork meetings, supervisorial weekly supervision meetings with
staff, and special events and trainings (some of which are held in
the evening.)
- Attend monthly advisory board meetings, corporate engagement
meetings, school and district-related events, and other fundraising
events including foundation-focused functions.
- Cross-collaborate with the College Success Managers, Fellows &
school staff at local 4-year and community colleges for high
school-focused workshops for community college matriculation &
financial aid.
- Lead initial planning, calendaring, and execution of
in-school-focused workshops & initiatives in collaboration with
Fellows.
- Onboard, lead, train, and support Fellows in reaching their
student-focused college matriculation goals throughout the
year.
- Participate in ongoing NVUSD and CJUSD-focused partnership
meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate files and data; generate program
reports for analysis via Salesforce & other 10,000 Degrees-related
data tracking systems.
- Collaborate with all Program Directors to create program
content for your program & streamline program offerings.
- Manage Canva, Google, & Zoom accounts for your program.
- Regular travel within assigned regions to school campuses,
10,000 Degrees offices, and special event locations.
- Supervise timesheets and expense reports for your Fellows.
- Support the Development Team and represent 10,000 Degrees at
fundraising events.
- Other duties as assignedQualificationsAll 10,000 Degrees

- High level of professionalism: promptness, preparedness,

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google applications,

position is expected to have a significant in-person presence at
Napa school locations and attend events throughout Napa Valley and

- The salary range for this position is
$68,000-$75,000/annually
