Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including schools, hospitals, airports, and high-rise buildings. Familiarity with Bluebeam and MS Excel is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is required.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.
• Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to ensure all requirements are understood and met.
• Control project budgets and schedules, making necessary adjustments to ensure project completion within budget and on time.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations, as well as contractual requirements.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Significant experience managing large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including schools, hospitals, airports, and high-rise buildings.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and dedication.
