About the Role:
The Director, HRIS is responsible for leading our HRIS team. This
position will play a lead role in the development, implementation,
management, support and maintenance of Upgrade's HRIS. The job will
report to the Chief Financial Officer who also leads People
Operations at the Company. This will be a senior level individual
contributor role with high visibility and responsibility, so we are
looking for someone who is comfortable with not only rolling up
their sleeves but also with communicating across a diverse set of
stakeholders including the senior most executives at the
company.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD
$180,000 - $205,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this
range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of
factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge,
skills, education, and experience.
