The Opportunity:
As the Manager, Coupa Administration you will play a key role in the configuration, maintenance and support of the Coupa platform (and more applications leveraged by the company). While reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will also participate in the Coupa platform implementation and will create and maintain documentation and configuration standards. -
As a key player during the implementation of the platform to support its successful, on-time delivery, you will have a proven track record in all aspects of implementation from mobilization to deployment across functions within the company.

What you'll work on:

• 
  
• Facilitate process discussions for leading P2P practices.
  
• Collaborate with service partners during implementation.
  
• Manage and act as subject matter expert for the platform and participate in the Coupa Community to constantly strengthen this expertise.
  
• Lead collection of feedback from users through surveys, interviews, and regular communication efforts.
  
• Lead internal support effort by Investigating, troubleshooting, and solving system issues.
  
• Manage the platform upgrade (understand and prioritize new release features,facilitate process discussion around new features, support the associated UAT effort, and deploy the releases in the production instance).
  
• Manage, maintain, and create the internal documentation for the platform.
  
• Train the key users of the platform, following a "train the trainer" approach.
  
• Maintain production stability and data integrity
  
• COUPA System & Related Technology: -
  
  • 
    
  • Oversee all non-technical aspects of the UX including the design, configure, build, test, and implementation/move to production, and user-training for new features and functionality within COUPA releases.
    
    
  • Responsible for overseeing categorization taxonomy, catalogs, account groups, charts of accounts, approval chains, workflows, custom objects, forms, user permissions, and overall data quality
    
    What you'll need:
    
    • 
      
    • 5+ years experience with Coupa required
      
    • 5+ years experience with Procure to Pay Process or supply chain required -
      
    • 3+ years managing a team directly required
      
    • Experience with integrating Coupa with Oracle and/or Netsuite is required, as is any experience with financial accounting software.
      
    • Coupa certification preferred
      
    • Accounts payable experience is preferred
      
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      
    • Strong people skills to support remote users effectively,
      
    • Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting.
      
    • Must be able to work in a complex and fast paced environment.
      
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent is preferred

          This is a full-time role based anywhere in the Pacific Time Zone remote
          One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. -The base salary range for this role is $89,250 - $161,000. - However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. - The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
