About your role
As a Fund Operations Sales Training Manager, you will partner closely with sales leadership, product marketing, fund administration, solutions consulting, and the broader revenue organization to provide professional level learning on the intricacies of private markets to the client-facing revenue teams within sales at Juniper Square. Utilizing your deep understanding of private markets, you will teach industry basic and advanced skills and connect this information to selling motions. You will deepen the sales pitch, making the value proposition of the JSQ product a critical part of the sales team knowledge.
You will conduct live training sessions, ask me anything sessions and role play workshops. You will also bring in internal and external experts to further deepen exposure to the nuances of the private market space. To empower teams, you will develop engaging, internal resources, and help make the sales process more efficient and effective.
What you'll do


  • Creation and management of database to educate new hires on the overall private market space, roles and responsibilities, personas and key terms
  • Conduct ongoing live training to all sales team members on industry best practices with specific insight on leveraging Juniper Square's unique offering

    • Provide live in-room training with all go-to-market teams on a rotating basis including role plays 3-5 times per week
    • Review and educate using GONG call reviews, 5+ weekly, specifically deepening industry knowledge of private markets; share snippets for group learning
    • Drive improvements in educational programs, observing skill and knowledge trends and content interaction

    • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs. Create certification programs for industry knowledge
    • Maintain database of current articles and publications to be leveraged by sales; index information to make the content searchable and relevant (the "TL;dr" program)
    • Build a trusted relationship with our sales team
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives

      Qualifications

      • 3+ years of experience in a back-end administrative role, ideally in financial services/private markets
      • Knowledge of the private market and/or fund services space, ideally with speciality in commercial real estate, buyout private equity, and/or venture capital
      • Sales Enablement experience not required
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Deep curiosity and ability to learn the details of a complex, multi-product company serving the investment management industry
      • Passion for coaching and helping others succeed

        Compensation
        Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $120,000-150,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
