Engineering Manager - Developer Experience

wherever they are.Developer Experience builds and operates the
tooling required to efficiently develop, deploy and maintain the
code in production for Cash Engineers across the globe. We start
with our customers' experience and work backward to the technology.
Providing Cash Engineering with the tools, processes, and
frameworks they need for building, delivering, and running
high-quality software across the globe at scale. Specifically:As a
member of Cash Platform's Developer Experience team, you'll
collaborate with our stakeholders and make lives easier for other
product engineers to build and test their code efficiently;
- Set the vision and provide technical direction to your team for
building thoughtful tools and frameworks to accelerate productivity
across Product engineering
- Collaborate with people from product, platform, and security
teams to lay out a roadmap and priority for the team.
- Foster an environment of inclusion and safety and empower teams
to deliver their best work
- Ensure teams are operating with high velocity, ownership, and
accountabilityYou have:
- Ability to coordinate work between different stakeholders
across the company - engineering, product, design, machine
learning, etc.
- Ability to influence the technical vision of the engineering
products that the team is building.
- Ability to prioritise projects on the roadmap for the highest
business impact and engineering excellence.
- Ability to support your reports to build creative solutions
towards the team mission, while coaching them towards their career
goals.
- Boundless curiosity, autonomy, and a strong sense of
accountability
- 1+ year of previous experience managing teams and leading
people.
- 6+ years of software development or equivalent

and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are
categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index
for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay
will be determined based on job-related skills, experience,
qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges
may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $222,800 - USD $272,300
Zone B: USD $211,600 - USD $258,600
Zone C: USD $200,500 - USD $245,100
Zone D: USD $189,400 - USD $231,400To find a location's zone
