and follow us @medidata. Your Mission: -The Master Data Management
Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning,
implementation, and execution of Master Data Management (MDM)
initiatives within Dassault Systemes - Life Science Business Unit .
The role involves developing and implementing MDM strategies,
leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that MDM programs
align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and
implement MDM strategies and roadmaps that align with business
objectives and drive value for the organization. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and
sales, to define MDM requirements and prioritize initiatives. Lead
the planning and execution of MDM projects, ensuring that they are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
standards. Define and measure KPIs for MDM programs, and report on
progress to stakeholders and senior management. Identify risks and
issues related to MDM initiatives, and develop mitigation plans to
address them. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders, including business unit leaders, IT teams, and
external vendors. Ensure compliance with data governance policies,
regulations, and standards. Continuously improve MDM processes and
practices, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
Your Competencies:Strong project management skills, with a track
record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and
within budget. Deep understanding of MDM concepts, technologies,
and best practices. Strong analytical skills and experience in data
analysis and modeling. Excellent communication skills, with the
ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and manage
cross-functional teams, and work collaboratively with internal and
external stakeholders. Knowledge of data governance policies,
regulations, and standards, such as GDPR and CCPA. Your Education
and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Information Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience
in managing large-scale MDM programs, preferably in a global
organization.As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a
number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise
and experience, and geographic location.The salary range for
positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is
$135,000 - $180,000. The salary range for positions that will be
physically based in the California Bay Area is $141,750 - $189,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the
Boston Metro Area is $120,750 - $161,000. The salary range for
positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is
$118,500 - $158,000. The salary range for positions that will be
physically based in all other locations within the United States is
$120,750 - $161,000.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that
Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their
work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the
terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's
non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses. Medidata
