Everyone.Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to
clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and service
providers) to facilitate money movement to and from Visa accounts
in the U.S. and around the world using Account Funding Transactions
(AFT) and Original Credit Transaction (OCT). Visa Direct consumer
and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer,
person to micro-business transfer (e.g. payouts to shared economy
providers), funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claim
disbursements), and more. The push payments market opportunity is
estimated to be more than 80 Trillion dollars of payment volume,
replacing cash, checks, and ACH with push payments directly into
bank accounts in real-time.The Visa Direct
Go-to-market/Commercialization team plays a critical role in
growing the Visa Direct business. The team is responsible for
go-to-market strategy and commercialization of Visa Direct across
existing and new use cases and verticals. The team is comprised of
a diverse group of global payments strategists, owning a four-piece
approach to drive Visa Direct to become a market leading next
generation product that will revolutionize how the world pays. In
this four-piece strategy, this team is responsible for 1. owning
Visa Direct's market strategy across all use cases and markets 2.
leading the activation of this strategy in coordination with
cross-functional stakeholders like Sales, Client Services,
Marketing, Communications and regional teams 3. Driving strategic
programming with existing and new clients to create economies of
scale and partnering with them to grow Visa Direct's footprint
among their merchant clients and 4. Developing the strategy for
growth of existing programs to meet or exceed our longer term
objectives throughout the existing client base.The successful
applicant will be a key team member of the Visa Direct
Commercialization team, which is tasked with building and
implementing Visa Direct's strategy to scale across all regions and
markets of focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for
driving strategic projects, delivering insights and eventually
becoming a subject matter expert in the use cases and markets Visa
Direct is currently invested in. In particular, this role is
responsible for leading the launch and growth of new use cases for
Visa Direct.While being in a very complex and critical position at
Visa, you will excel at handling ambiguity and uncertainty. You
know what it is like to start something from scratch, growing it
structurally and methodically, and implementing impactful strategic
plans. We are looking for people who have been directly involved in
scaling a business or product through strategic implementation, and
also exhibit a vigorous curiosity to maintain the Visa network as
the best way to pay and be paid.Key Responsibilities:
--- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a
PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
--- MBA, relevant graduate degree or similar academic /
professional experience
--- Academic and/or professional background in international
business
--- 10 years of total experience with 4 years of post-graduate
experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial
services or global product strategy
--- Experience in and a passion for payments and fintech
--- Strong acumen in multinational corporate strategy, specifically
in financial services, payments and fintech
--- Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple
work streams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of
functional business problems
--- Excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities
--- Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise
projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
--- Strong global business acumen and ease of communicating
cross-culturally
--- Passionate about working with colleagues across the globe to
develop go-to-market and growth strategies for a rapidly growing
business unit
--- Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with
demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
--- Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to
management and external business partners globally
--- Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, and driven
--- Top communication skills, including oral, writing and
presentation capabilities Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the
department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10%
of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be
performed in an office setting. The position will require the
incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by
telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 155,400.00 to
202,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive
payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related
factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and
location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and
