Job Description:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in San Francisco, CA. Duties Include:

• Program Manager will manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop comprehensive project plans with long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Communicating with management to keep the project aligned with prioritized goals - monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
• Performing quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Lead and facilitate strategic planning for the security risk and compliance organization in collaboration with SRC leadership
• As a Program Manager, you will plan and manage team meetings, including All Hands, staff meetings, and D-SRC leadership team (LT) meetings
• KPI and OKR data collation and deck preparation for Board and executive reporting
• Manage the D-SRC's external communications for customer/partner engagements and speaking engagements to ensure successful and impactful use of the time
