About the Sales Team
Our Sales team manages the full sales cycle, helping prospects and
existing customers leverage Mixpanel to analyze, measure, and
improve their customer experience. The team consists of two roles -
Account Executives who bring in new business, and Account Managers
responsible for nurturing existing customers. The team specifically
covers companies with employee sizes from 1-200, emphasizing
high-growth tech companies who are changing the world around
us.
About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for running the North America
SMB New Business. The right candidate is someone who is passionate
about developing early career sales professionals into the
top-performing reps and sales leaders of tomorrow while driving
revenue growth in a high-velocity, Product-Led business. Mixpanel's
SMB business is fueled with strong inbound lead flow (via Marketing
and Product), and boosted with outbound focus and partner sourced
opportunities. We are looking for a leader who can help us
capitalize and optimize all three aspects of our deal flow. You
will build and manage a team of Account Executives and develop and
execute on our Product Led Sales strategy for the acquisition of
new Mixpanel customers. We are looking for someone who can act as a
significant sales and business leader that serves as the voice of
our smallest (but fastest-growing) customers. You are a great fit

Compensation
The total target cash compensation (TTCC) for this full-time
position is $234,000 - $286,200 across the United States. This
amount includes base compensation and variable compensation in the
form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable
compensation type is determined by your role and level. This
position is also eligible for equity consideration and other
benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.

determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area
Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation
database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum
TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US
locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our
salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the
future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
