Job Description:
A critical role for Media.Monks is the Account Director, B2B
Marketing. In this role, you would lead a team in the development
and execution of marketing programs, specifically website
development, designed to drive awareness and engagement for key
client initiatives. This is a role where you'll partner with one of
our largest tech B2B client teams, internal agency teams, and
senior leadership to manage the day-to-day relationships and ensure
that projects are delivered on strategy and on budget, with great
creative product output, solving for the challenge at hand.Our
ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new
opportunities, with a natural aptitude for collaboration. We are
looking for a strategic business leader who has demonstrated:
- Experience operating in an agency team structure, managing
teams and projects, resourcing future needs, managing burn reports
and budgets, and building strong client relationships with diverse
clients and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex and large-scale
strategies and programs, with experience managing diverse sets of
digital marketing and creative deliverables, mapping back to
strategies and achieving key objectives.
- Experience with website marketing campaigns, creating websites,
understanding the technicality and website building and development
process is highly valued!
- Ability to develop a meaningful understanding of website usage,
user experiences, user flows and user needs.
- Strong communication, project management and relationship
building skills with key clients, partners and stakeholders, in a
cross-functional teams environment.
- A comfort level with data, and analytics to measure and
optimize programs. --- High energy, detail oriented person, with a
go-getter, positive attitude; comfortable working autonomously and
within groups.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage
multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Google Workspace products
preferred.Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the face of the agency and the client with customers,
partners, and vendors in managing existing projects and generating
new project wins.
- Plan and manage marketing activities to drive awareness and
adoption of our client's product suite. Current activities include
sales collateral, emails, web experiences, video and promotional
efforts with industry associations and partners.
- Build and maintain key relationships with the client and
internal cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, PR,
Creative, Strategy and Tech.
- Provide financial planning and marketing guidance to develop
programs and communications to support the customer lifecycle.
- Identify and develop the right set of assets and corresponding
content to educate prospects about client's products and help
customers adopt new features.
- Manage and resource multiple work streams to maintain project
timelines and budgets while ensuring all deliverables are at a
world-class level
- Explore other potential marketing activities to reach this very
specific audience, e.g. targeted ads and communications.
- Drive alignment and decision-making around marketing activities
with key stakeholders.Your experience will include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent
practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, strategic
leadership roles, or marketing program management, ideally in a
high-tech enterprise context.
- Experience designing go-to-market strategies and implementing
co-marketing plans with channel partners.
- Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale strategies and
programs, with experience managing diverse sets of digital
marketing and creative programs mapping back to larger strategies
and achieving key objectives.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns is highly valued, but
not required.
- Ability to develop a meaningful understanding of the product
and niche audience concerns.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with key
partners and stakeholders.
- A comfort level with data, financial management, and analytics
to measure and optimize programs.
- High energy, detail oriented person, with a go-getter, positive
attitude; comfortable working autonomously and within groups.
- Proficient with Google Workspace products
