Job Description:
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone to build and lead the Account Management
function at Wheelhouse to serve our high-growth B2B vertical. Our
ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated team leader with a
customer-first mindset. This person should be comfortable
implementing and scaling processes and building a team and function
from scratch. To be successful in this role, the candidate will
need to be an exceptional communicator who is effective working
cross-functionally. -
This is a fully remote position with a salary range of
$125k-$150k/year DOE.
Requirements:
- You have 7+ years of experience in an Account Management and/or
Customer Success role
- You have 2+ years of experience managing people
- You have excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- You are creative and collaborative and love working in a
fast-paced environment
- You are excellent at scaling yourself & others through best
practices & processes
- You are experienced in leveraging technology to support & scale
an AM function
What you'll be doing:
- You will work cross functionally to build an Account Management
function from scratch to serve our high-growth B2B
vertical
- You will establish and implement a playbook for managing and
growing B2B accounts
- You will establish relationships with our most important
customers and be comfortable straddling the line between individual
contributor and team leader
- You will set clear individual and team goals focused on
customer retention, satisfaction and revenue growth and you will
report on performance and metrics at an executive level
- You will create an inspiring and collaborative team environment
with an open communication/feedback culture
- You will recruit new team members in line with the Wheelhouse
culture and required skills
Your first 90 Days---
- Meet the Wheelhouse team and build trust with teammates across
the org
- Learn the Wheelhouse product and how our customers interact
with it
- Build and implement the Wheelhouse Account Management
playbook
- Establish relationships with 10+ of our largest and most
important customers
- Learn the short-term rental industry and its technology
ecosystem
