JOB SUMMARYThe position of Wine Club Manager incudes all duties related to the Wine Club and management of wine club staff. This position also supports planning and implementation for growth and continued retention of the Wine Club.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPOBSILITIES:Assure growth in the Wine Club membership by both increasing new members and minimizing cancellations with a basis grounded in excellent customer service and communication with membersMaximizing Wine Club sales each quarter by supporting additional purchasing options for membersProviding tools and training for all hospitality staff to successfully sell Wine Clubs and retain membersProviding structure for the Wine Club program to ensure accuracy, efficiency and the highest level of customer serviceDeveloping club content for sign ups, newsletters, e-blasts, gifts and other promotional materials.Look for opportunities to expand and implement improvements effectively and timely.Utilize opportunities to grow Wine Club through additional channels, including offsite pourings and eCommerceWine Club billing including new customer set-up in systemGenerating and sending invoices including checking credit card information/expirationCalling of customers with invalid/inactive credit cards each cycle to get updatesSupport customer service/swaps for Wine Club MembersProcessing quarterly Wine Club shipmentsWine Club inventory to ensure all orders are processed from accurate locationsProcess Wine Club clean-up including pick-up reminders, shipping reminders, etc.File completed paperwork into designated areas for ease in access for past transaction referencePerform other related duties as required and assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitudeAbility to increase efficiency and accuracyStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills including excellent telephone communication, sales and customer serviceAbility to build relationships that foster brand loyaltyAbility to multi-task and be a team player, communicating with management if any issues ariseExcellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervisionProtect organization's value by keeping information confidentialStrong computer skills are required.
