goals, uncommon potential: Our Director of Business Portability for
Transition Management will report into the Director of Onboarding &
Transition Management for Private Wealth Management and work
closely with them as well as the Transition Team. This leader will
have the overall responsibility for and project management of all
elements of the business portability process for Wealth Management
candidates considering a move to Private Wealth Management. This
starts with the pre-arrival Coordinating and leading of Business
Portability meetings/calls with WM candidates and managing the
collection of all relevant business information. Working closely
with internal PWM partners to assess PWM's ability to accommodate
the business, product, client situation and/or special requests
unique to that business. The leader will partner with FRIM
Research, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Trust, Insurance,
Transition Team and any other internal business teams as needed to
accomplish information review, address questions and work through
issues. Balance advocating for candidate teams with internal
business realities . Lead follow-up conversations with candidate
team and internal leaders from Trust, Securities Backed Lending,
Deposits and other teams as needed. Present findings back to the
candidate team and internal partners through the careful completion
of the Business Portability Questionnaire and the Transition Memo;
these are important business and legal documents that require the
utmost care in creating and maintaining. The leader would work
closely with the transition team during pre-arrival meeting to help
set clear expectations on the transition and integration support
the new team will receive. In recognition that these functions are
executed during a "sales cycle," this candidate must promptly yet
cautiously manage the information flow between all parties and
maintain a high degree of confidentiality and open communication
lines. Ensure we are operationally ready for the team's arrival and
that the transition team is prepared to onboard and is aware of any
nuances and how the transition team will work through those during
onboarding. Once the team has arrived, the leader would continue to
be present with the new team to handle any questions on business
portability and to work closely with the transition team to drive
efficiencies. Partner with WM recruiting daily operations as needed
including VIP visits, candidate tracking and other special projects
that may arise. Expected to report regularly to the Head of
Recruiting and Director of Transition Management and Executive
Management as needed and appropriate to ensure all key stakeholders
are kept up to speed. Job Demands: Must be able to review and

$130,000 annually. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors
including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time
employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that

incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
