This exciting role will lead Fidelity s Stock Plan Services Sales pursuits in a given territory. This leader will play a key role in crafting the future of this meaningful growth business!ROLE IS FLEXIBLE ON LOCATION The TeamResponsible for leading a team-based sales pursuits of private and public companies for their equity administration business. Focus on driving growth across all Stock Plan Services markets. In addition to playing an integral role in the Stock Plan Services business, also partner closely with other businesses across the Fidelity enterprise.The Expertise We re Looking For

• 5 +years Institutional (business to business) sales experience
• NASD Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses
• Validated successful track record of sales success
• Proven effective sales process
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
