conduct.Additional Responsibilities :The Consulting Pricing Deals
Desk Advisor will leverage Consulting Solutions pricing and
estimation strategy to standardize our approach to pricing, improve
win rates, and optimize margins for our largest deals. This Advisor
will support Consulting campaigns as part of the sales triage
process by analyzing opportunities to advise on price against
insights from historical sales/delivery data and market
research.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven
record of success in the following areas:
- Analyzing data sets to glean important insights around pricing
for large, complex engagements;
- Understanding of the consulting sales/pursuit cycle;
- Working across functions with other sales enablers to
understand scope, deal structure, and goals of each opportunity in
order to recommend the right pricing to be competitive and win
while optimizing internal margins;
- Price modelling in alignment with different pricing
structures;
- Leveraging network to gather institutional knowledge regarding
market feedback, competitive offerings/pricing and sales cycle
experiences to enhance the Pricing Desk Analytics and build
insight-based playbooks specific to your alignment;
- Building and continually improving methodology/framework that
includes deal inputs, compare with consolidated knowledge base and
recommend engagement pricing;
- Participating in post-close opportunity debriefs to gain
insight into results, leveraging those for future deals;
- Guiding pursuit teams on how better to leverage tools across
the engagement lifecycle to be successful in estimation and
pricing; and,
- Aligning closely with the other Pricing Desk team members to
share industry-leading practices and improve the function as it
grows.Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of
success as a team leader:
- Leading pricing advisor to their aligned practice for all
significant pursuits;
- Influencing pursuit leads and other levels of leadership around
optimization of cost to deliver and pricing recommendations;
- Incorporating strategic pricing insights and tactics, digital
asset value, estimation models and leverage relevant tools;
- Providing rate card support for accounts undergoing rate card
refresh/re-negotiations; and,
- Providing regular updates and status reports to practice
alignment and leadership; share learnings and trends with business
