To achieve and accelerate our mission, we are partnering with a
Strategic Alliance ecosystem that consists of health plans, PBMs,
and health service providers to help us grow and scale.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who will lead the
Regional Strategic Alliance Management Team to drive the activation
and success of our Strategic Alliances. This individual will lead
the charge in developing best-in-class relationships with Omada's
Regional Strategic Alliances to achieve our joint objectives. S/he
will set a strategic vision for the impact Omada can make with
regional Alliances, chart a path for execution, support and lead
his/her team and partner along the way. S/he will work closely with
internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
The Director, Strategic Alliance Management will report to the
Senior Director, Strategic Alliances and play a key leadership role
on the Payer Access and Health Systems team.
The ideal candidate for this role can be located anywhere across
the U.S.. Omada is a remote-first environment that allows for both
remote work and in-office collaboration, when needed.
