Job Description:
Were seeking a Director of Sales to lead and scale our
enterprise team during an exciting growth phase at Zerocater. As a
strategic sales leader, youll be tasked with leveling-up a strong
field sales team and enabling our senior sales executives to exceed
quota and reach ambitious 2023 goals. You will play a key role in
coaching and developing our sales culture built around discipline,
accountability, and results. You will have the opportunity to lead
a high-caliber sales team focused on enterprise clients to
consistently exceed their sales goals by getting into individual
sales opportunities, deal motion and tactical deal management. This
is an amazing opportunity to own Zerocaters enterprise revenue goal
in our largest market and become an integral part of building out
our national sales process.What you will do:
- Iterate and refine our sales strategy and processes to exceed
quota
- Create data rigor and forecasting to clearly track revenue
goals and quota
- Hire, cultivate, and mentor great sales talent
- Create and refine sales onboarding into a world-class training
and development program
- Develop strong partnerships with leaders across the Zerocater
organizationQualifications for success:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 6+ years experience
managing a sales team
- Youve built, trained, and developed a metrics-driven hunter
sales team within a startup
- Experience managing a complex sales process as an individual
contributor while consistently exceeding quota
- CRM/BI expert ideally with experience utilizing Salesforce and
Domo
- A knowledge and deep passion towards food*Please note this
