VP of Operations Car Repair and Maintenance Services Location near Competitive Salary and Full Benefits. Seeking a VP of Operations to lead our user experience strategies. In this role, you analyze the life cycle of user experience based on the customers using hundreds of services currently offered on our mobile App. Provide strategies to improve the services and conversions, which would have a direct impact on the growth of the business. Responsibilities --- - - Understand the user experience end to end (online and offline). --- - - Identify opportunities to improve user experience, and execute on the opportunities to drive impact. --- - - Collaborate with various teams (product, engineering, and data) to further overall user experience. --- - - Own the conversion rate improvement of various services. --- - - Develop strategies to improve the current service offerings and come up with new service offerings. --- - - Lead cross functional project teams to move initiatives through launch and execution. --- - - Partner with business leaders to improve and scale the business. --- - - Work closely with the executive team on strategic planning & special projects. Requirements --- - - 8+ years' experience in a combination of strategy and operations roles where you have owned the ideation and execution (business operations, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or an equivalent field) --- - - Mastery at building consensus and influence among partners and cross functional teams --- - - Deep expertise presenting structured recommendations to senior executives --- - - Passion and resourcefulness to solve ambiguous, undefined problems --- - - Excellent attention to details. --- - - Automotive industry experience a plus!
