The Brand Drug Solutions team builds solutions to help our users get access to prescription medications and works with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring our solutions to market. We're looking for someone who can innovate, problem-solve and collaborate with many different teams (engineering, business, strategy, sales, operations, data, marketing, etc.) to simplify the complicated world of healthcare for our users and create impactful product enhancements that further the company's mission.You'll play a pivotal role in defining the right balance of prioritizing features that benefit our users, our business and our external partners. You'll shape our strategy, finding new ways to make prescription drugs more affordable for our users, and keep us ahead of our competitors. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform the roadmap, and has a knack for identifying both quick wins and big bets.Responsibilities

  • Help drive product direction and strategy
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Develop and maintain product roadmap connected to user needs and business goals
  • Build use cases and user stories around all products and communicate them effectively
  • Make informed product decisions leveraging quantitative and qualitative data
  • Proactively build strong relationships across product/design/engineering teams and cross-functional partners (marketing, strategy, sales, operations, etc.)
  • Establish clear channels of communication with users and stakeholders to determine product ideas, needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to launch and measure impactful features
  • Prioritize problems and identify solutions, working through any ambiguity that existsSkills & Qualifications
    • 4+ years of product management/product ownership experience
    • Solid track record of effectively using data and performing analysis to support product strategy/decisions
    • Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
    • Proven ability to present your team's work to senior management team
    • Experience working with with internal and external customers
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
    • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, quickly understand complex domains, then document and explain them
    • Be data-driven: define KPIs and reporting, then use the analysis to drive feature development
    • Be helpful, collaborative, and excited about the GoodRx missionNice to Have
      • Experience working in the health tech space, especially with pharmaceutical manufacturers or Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location: San Francisco Office: $143,000 - $229,000New York Office: $131,000 - $210,000GoodRx also offers additional compensation programs such as annual cash bonuses and annual equity grants for most positions as well as generous benefits.
