  The Opportunity
  We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead ideation and technical development of Amino's Consumer experience. In addition to owning a full range of product development responsibilities, you will be given latitude to push the boundaries of what's possible and influence how we innovate and improve in ways that will allow us to serve millions seeking healthcare guidance.
  As the Amino Senior Product Manager you will:

  • Drive investments to bring the best aspects of eCommerce to our healthcare guidance experience- rich comparison, easy checkout, and focus on a consumer shopping model.
    
  • Lead product vision, strategy and execution, leveraging your understanding of the customer need and business goals to build features that deliver at scale and incredible value.
    
  • Lead with an agile framework and partner withSales, Customer Success, Engineering and the overall business to set and manage priorities for iterations and improvements.
    
  • Use your expert analytical skills to take the lead in prioritizing projects, bringing tools to understand when to move fast and also to steer away from failure.
    
  • Being ahead of industry news and trends, understanding the overall market and how healthcare regulatory changes impact the app and business.
    
  • Build OKRs to focus on goals and delivery.
    
    About you
    
    • 
      
    • You live and breathe eCommerce product management, with a high bar for consumer experience.
      
    • You are highly literate in user experience testing and analytics, with a playbook for optimizing user journeys.
      
    • You have a strong interest in using technology to improve the healthcare experience for consumers. Bonus if experience!
      
    • You've been waiting for an opportunity to shift organizational outcomes and are ready to inspire new ways of thinking about continuous product improvement.
      
    • You have experience delivering on an outcome-focused roadmap in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
      
    • You have strong, user-centric product instincts and lead with empathy to create new experiences to enhance and improve user engagement.
      
    • You are influential and understand how to build rapport at all levels, and with Growth functions.
      
    • You can manage the ambiguity that comes with an early stage product and team, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

      • Expected base salary: $175k - $192k plus a generous option grant. We are committed to equal pay across the organization and salaries are parallel to one another based on the role and level, regardless of US location.

      • This position, like all roles at the firm, will have a good deal of autonomy. We're a remote-first team and have designed our culture for a balance of synchronous and asynchronous work with people operating from all over the country. To support your remote office, we provide every new Amino with a generous office set-up allowance plus a monthly stipend for internet/phone.
        
      • PTO is non accrual and we expect Amino's to take a minimum of 15 days a year.
